I Haven't Received My eBooks/Audiobooks after Ordering.
No worries, this happens sometimes! After your purchase, you should have received an email from help@bookfunnel.com with your download links. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Still nothing? You can log into your BookFunnel library using the same email address you used at checkout.

If you didn’t receive a receipt and nothing appears in your BookFunnel account, it’s possible your email was mistyped during checkout. Please contact us here with your full name and the correct email address, and we’ll be happy to resend your links.
When I Click My Download Link, It Says It Has Expired.
Download links from BookFunnel are active for 2 weeks after purchase. If yours has expired, just email help@bookfunnel.com with your order number and the email you used. BookFunnel will reset your link.
Can I Send the Book to Someone Else as a Gift?
Currently, orders are delivered to the email address entered at checkout. If you’d like to send a gift, you can use the recipient’s email when placing the order or purchase a gift card. Feel free to contact us if you need help!
How Do I Listen to the Audiobooks?
All audiobooks purchased from this shop are delivered via BookFunnel. You can listen using the BookFunnel App, which is free and available on both Apple and Android devices.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
Because these are digital products, refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded. However, if you made a mistake or couldn’t access your books, just contact us within 5 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to help.

Do You Ship Special Print Editions Internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping for all Special Print Editions.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
You will see your shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees or Import Taxes?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT once they arrive in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Charmaine Pauls is not responsible for additional import taxes or customs fees applied after shipment.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations if you are unsure.
How Long Does Delivery Take for Print Editions?
Delivery time depends on your location and the printing partner’s nearest production facility.
Because Special Print Editions are printed on demand through BookVault, production and shipping times may vary slightly. Once shipped, transit time depends on your country’s postal system.
You will receive tracking information when your order ships (if tracking is available for your region).

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges on Print Editions?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on print editions.
Because these books are printed specifically for each order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
What If My Print Book Arrives Damaged?
If your Special Print Edition arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible through the Contact page on the website by submitting the form.
Please Include:
• Your order number
• Description of the damage
• Confirmation that photos are available
We will review the issue and replace the book for all fair damage claims.
What Is Considered “Damage”?
Damage includes significant printing defects, torn covers, missing pages, or major shipping damage.
Minor imperfections such as slight corner wear or small print variances may occur due to the printing and shipping process and do not qualify for replacement.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Ordering?
Because print editions are processed quickly through our printing partner, address changes may not always be possible after the order is placed.
